365AB Ltd is an independent, fully licensed restaurant in Manchester — a room built for long dinners, big tables and good bottles.
How we started
From one grill to a full dining room
365AB grew out of a love for food cooked over fire and the kind of hospitality where everyone eats from the middle of the table. What began as a small charcoal grill became a full restaurant and bar, serving Manchester from Cheetham Hill Road.
The name comes from the belief that a good meal shouldn't be reserved for occasions — it should be available every day of the year.
Cuisine & style
Grill-led cooking, Mediterranean heart
Our kitchen sits somewhere between a British grill house and a Mediterranean kitchen: chargrilled cuts and skewers, mezze to start, slow-cooked stews, and desserts worth saving room for. The bar runs alongside with signature cocktails, a short but considered wine list and craft beer.
Lunch is quick and easy. Evenings are candle-lit, unhurried and made for sharing.
